We've all been there, someone has said or done something that hurt our feelings. Sometimes it is easy to forgive, and other times the pain is so bad that it seems easier to hold a grudge. We put up a wall so that we can't be hurt by that person anymore.
The bible says that we are supposed to forgive those who sin against us, but how can we forgive when forgiving hurts?
